Frequently asked questions
How much does a website or an online shop cost?
It depends on what you need: how many pages, whether you will sell online, which couriers and which bank it connects to. After a short conversation I send you a written quote, before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
A website is ready in a couple of days once your texts and photos are ready, and I guide you through every step. An online shop takes a few weeks, depending on what you need. The timeline goes into the quote.
How do I ask for changes while the website is being built?
I send you a link to the work-in-progress version. You click the spot you want changed and write. The comment reaches me with the page and the spot, and you see when the change is done. No account needed.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the content and the code are yours, and you can take them with you whenever you want.
Do you take over an existing site or shop?
Yes. pooq.gr was a WooCommerce shop already trading when I took it over and rebuilt it: the time before a page starts loading dropped by 40 to 51%.
Do you only work in Ioannina?
I am based in Ioannina, but I work with businesses across Greece, by phone, Viber or video call. Two of the websites I have built are for medical practices in Athens.
What happens after launch?
If you want, I keep looking after it: updates, small changes and whatever it takes to keep it fast and secure.
Where do the messages from my website's form go?
To my own form system, where they are checked for spam, and from there to your email. If you have an account in the client portal, you find them there too. They do not go through a third-party form service.
Can you build an English version too?
Yes. My websites can be bilingual from day one, with every page in both languages, like this one.
