ABOUT
Dimitrios Rarras
Full-stack developer in Ioannina, Greece. I build websites, online shops and software for businesses and healthcare institutions, from the first conversation to production, and I look after them afterwards.

What I do today
Freelance full-stack developer
Since 2023 · Ioannina
Websites, online shops, integrations and custom software for businesses in Ioannina and across Greece: medical practices, a private citizen-services office, a WooCommerce shop, a locksmith network that orders B2B. Every project runs through Rorsa Platform, the CRM and client portal I built.
Services · Work · How I work
Lead developer, Heartbeat Pharmacy
Since November 2024 · Ioannina
I designed and built the pharmacy's platform: the online shop, the catalogue system the staff use, and the service that keeps the shop's stock in line with the ERP in the store.
Lead developer, Komvos Ygeias
Since its founding in April 2025 · Ioannina
Komvos Ygeias (Κόμβος Υγείας) provides home healthcare services. I built its website, where candidates send their CV directly, and its shop for medical equipment and health products, which sells to individuals and businesses.
Volunteer work
Zosimades Nursing Home of Ioannina
Three systems in daily use: the clinical platform with every resident's record, inventory management, and a stock-counting phone app that keeps working with no network. The new medication rounds come with the release that is ready to install.
Ioannina University Hospital
An inventory program for the haematology department's molecular biology unit, which replaced an old system and works without a network.
