Websites for medical and dental practices

For doctors, dentists, therapists and small clinics. Patients see what you do, your hours and where to find you, and then call you or book an appointment.

What you get

A patient looking for a doctor wants to know four things quickly: what you do, when you see patients, where you are and how to call you. I build websites for doctors, dentists, speech therapists and small clinics. Yours will show all four at a glance, on a phone or a computer, in words you have approved.

A medical practice website from me includes:

  • Pages for what patients look for: your background and training, procedures or therapies, opening hours, address and contact details.
  • Opening hours as they really are, with mornings and afternoons shown separately.
  • A call button on phones, fixed in the corner of the screen, so patients can ring you with one tap.
  • Structured data for Google (schema.org): markup that does not show on the page. It tells Google what you are (a dental practice, a medical practice or a clinic) and gives it your address, phone number and hours.
  • A contact form with spam protection and a consent checkbox.
  • Display settings: visitors can enlarge the text, raise the contrast or reduce movement on the page. This helps anyone who struggles with small print.
  • Articles for your patients and a photo gallery, if you want to explain your work before people visit.

Online booking, if you want it. Your website can carry Komvos Connect, the booking system I designed and built on my own. Patients pick a service, a day and a time and get an email confirmation, without an account and without leaving your page. Each doctor or therapist connects their Google or Outlook calendar once, and times already taken there do not show as free. In a practice with several colleagues, each one keeps their own hours and services.

Where you can see it working

  • drkolettis.gr: the website of a dental surgeon in Ioannina, with a photo gallery and opening hours split into morning and afternoon shifts.
  • logotherapia-ioannina.gr: the website of a speech therapy centre in Ioannina. It was built on the website template I maintain and delivered quickly.
  • papadoliopoulou.gr: the website of a breast surgeon in Athens, with 12 educational articles and Physician markup for Google.
  • 3dsmiles.gr: digital dentistry in Athens, in Greek and English, with seminars and articles.
  • komvosygeias.gr: Komvos Ygeias, home healthcare services in Ioannina, where I have been lead developer since its founding. Job applicants send their CV straight from the careers page.
  • Komvos Connect: the booking system, in production. It is the same calendar you can use to book a call with me in the contact section of this site.

How we work

  1. We talk about your practice. Write to me through the form, call me, message me on Viber or WhatsApp, or book a call in the calendar. You hear back from me, not from a subcontractor, within 1-2 working days.
  2. I send you a written proposal. Before we start, you have in writing what will be built and when.
  3. I build it and you see the progress. For doctors, the Greek Code of Medical Ethics (Law 3418/2005, article 18) sets out what a doctor’s website may show, so you approve every text before it is published. You leave your comments on the page itself, at the spot you mean, and you see when each correction is done.
  4. It goes live on your own domain. A website is ready in a couple of days once we have the texts and photos.
  5. I stay available afterwards. If you want, I keep looking after it: updates and small changes, such as new opening hours or a new treatment.

What you own

The domain, the content and the code of the website are yours, and you can take them with you whenever you want. The website is static: every page is a ready-made file, with no WordPress or PHP that needs updating.

The booking system is a different case: Komvos Connect runs on a server I control, not on yours.

Frequently asked questions

I already have a website. Can I add just the online booking?

Yes. Komvos Connect goes onto the page you already have with a single line of code, without rebuilding the website, and shows your free times in your own colours.

What happens to patients’ personal data?

The form only sends with the visitor’s explicit consent, and the consent checkbox links to the privacy policy. Google Analytics, which counts visits, loads only if the visitor accepts it, as on this site. Many businesses share the booking system, but none of them can see another’s appointments: the separation is built into the system and does not depend on anyone being careful.

My practice is not in Ioannina. Can we work together?

Yes. I am based in Ioannina, but I work with businesses across Greece, by phone, Viber or video call. Two of the websites above are for healthcare professionals in Athens.

Can the website be in English too?

Yes. 3dsmiles.gr, for example, is in Greek and English. An automated check stops publication if the two languages fall out of step, so no untranslated pieces are left behind.
