Online shop integrations: couriers, payments, Skroutz, ERP

I connect the online shop you already have to ACS, BOX NOW, Piraeus Bank, Skroutz, your ERP and your suppliers, without rebuilding the shop.

What you get

If you lose hours typing courier vouchers by hand, keying in products from a supplier’s catalogue, or correcting your online stock after every sale in your physical store, that work can run on its own. I build the missing connection into the online shop you already have and, if you want, I keep looking after it.

The connections I have already built:

  • Shipping with ACS. Vouchers, pickup lists and tracking come straight from the order screen, with no retyping. At checkout, customers pick an ACS locker or store on a map, with cash-on-delivery rules per point.
  • Shipping with BOX NOW. Locker selection, vouchers and tracking, through a plugin that rewrites the official BOX NOW integration and fixes ten of its defects.
  • Payments through Piraeus Bank. Customers pay by card, Google Pay or IRIS and see the card logos at checkout. Every payment confirmation is checked to make sure it really came from the bank.
  • An XML feed for Skroutz. The file Skroutz reads your products from, with each product’s price and availability.
  • Products from your suppliers. A supplier’s catalogue, from a CSV file or from the supplier’s own site, becomes products in your online shop: it is matched to what you already sell, images and attributes are filled in, and prices and stock update without retyping.
  • Stock from your ERP or till system. Stock from your physical store flows into the online shop on its own, so nothing sells online that is not on the shelf. I have already built this on top of ILYDA’s ERP.
  • Vouchers that print themselves. Each new voucher comes out of the thermal printer on the packing bench.

Where you can see it working

  • pooq.gr: a phone-accessories shop on WooCommerce, the online shop platform that runs on WordPress. We have worked together for months: I built its product import tool and its shipping plugins, I maintain its payment gateway, and I have since taken over the whole platform. It ships with ACS, takes payments through Piraeus Bank and has an XML feed for Skroutz, and bulk product updates finish in seconds instead of minutes. The BOX NOW plugin is waiting to be switched on.
  • Heartbeat Pharmacy: the online shop of the pharmacy where I work as lead developer (not yet open to the public). A service sends stock from the pharmacy’s ERP (ILYDA) to the online shop every minute: the first sync carried all 10,417 products, and after that only what changed travels. A second service prints new vouchers.
  • Kleidarakos B2B: the shop a locksmith network runs for its trade customers. Products from 24 suppliers sit in one catalogue with one price per code, and for 15 of those suppliers the price is checked live. The catalogue refreshes itself on a schedule, and duplicates are caught before they reach a customer.

How we work

I am based in Ioannina and work remotely with businesses across Greece.

  1. You write or call, through the contact form, Viber or WhatsApp, or book a call in the calendar. You will hear back from me, not from a subcontractor, within 1-2 working days.
  2. We talk about the connection you need: which platform your online shop runs on, what it has to connect to (a courier, a bank, your ERP or till system, a supplier) and what you do by hand today.
  3. I send you a written proposal with the scope of the work and the timeline.
  4. I build it and you see the progress, with a backup and a rollback plan for every change.
  5. It goes live in your shop once it has been tested.
  6. I stay available after launch.

What you own

Software you own. Built to last.

  • The code. Whatever I write for your shop is yours. At Heartbeat Pharmacy, the code, the database and the server belong to the pharmacy.
  • Open code. The ACS, BOX NOW and Piraeus Bank plugins are public on GitHub, so any developer who comes after me can read them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to rebuild my online shop?

Not for an integration. I extend what is there rather than replace it: pooq.gr stayed on WooCommerce, and its connections work on top of it.

My shop does not run on WooCommerce. Can it still be done?

The ACS, BOX NOW and Piraeus Bank plugins are for WooCommerce. I have built stock sync and a multi-supplier catalogue for shops on Medusa, an open-source online shop platform. For another platform, tell me which one.

Which ERP have you already connected?

ILYDA’s, at Heartbeat Pharmacy: stock reaches the online shop every minute. For another ERP or till system, tell me which one. The connection goes through its database, or through its API if it has one.

Will prices change on their own, or will I see them first?

Either way works. At Kleidarakos B2B the catalogue refreshes itself, and every merge of duplicates goes through approval and can be undone. On pooq.gr the import tool shows the price and stock changes first, and they reach the shop after review.

What happens if a connection stops working?

At Heartbeat Pharmacy the stock sync is a separate service: when something does not answer it retries, and it can stop or be updated without taking the rest down. On pooq.gr every addition has its own off switch, and every change comes with a backup and a written rollback plan.
